Most of our trailers run on a single 20-amp connection — an ordinary household circuit. Where a venue has no power or water at all, we bring a generator and on-board freshwater tanks filled at delivery, so ranch, lakeside and off-grid venues work exactly like any other site.
Off-peak, trailers deliver same-day with a fee or next-day without. For March through May and October through November, book six to eight weeks ahead to secure your choice — those weekends sell out, and trailers go first.

Rules of thumb: a wedding under 150 guests is a 2-stall; 150–250 is a 3-stall or 4-station; 250–500 is a 5- or 6-station; festivals and large public events run 6-station and up, usually alongside standard portable units for volume.
Eco vs Pro — what the names mean
Several sizes come in two builds. Eco is the value build: same climate control, flushing toilets and running water, sized for shorter events and smaller crowds. Pro is the larger build of the same stall count — roughly 50% more guest capacity and a bigger waste tank, which matters for long days, alcohol service and anywhere servicing mid-event isn’t practical. A 2-stall Eco supports 150 guests; the 2-stall Pro, 225. If your event runs long or pours drinks, the Pro is usually the right call at the same stall count — or step up a size.
Private vs community — the difference guests actually notice
Private configuration
Private configuration means every exterior door opens into a complete, self-contained bathroom — toilet, sink, mirror — used by one person at a time. Our 4-station private trailer has four exterior doors, four private suites. There’s no gendered entrance at all, and privacy is total, which is why it suits weddings and formal events.
Community configuration
Community configuration works like a conventional public restroom: gender-marked entrances — one entry per gender regardless of station count — each leading to a shared interior with multiple stalls and sinks. Community moves more people per hour at the same station count, which is why everything from the 5-station up is built this way.
A detail that surprises people: the 4-station private and 5-station community sit close together in capacity and price, because their fixture counts are similar — the men’s side of a community trailer runs a commode and urinal where each private suite carries its own full fixture set. The choice between them is experience versus throughput, not size.
The large-event range: 6, 7 and 8-station
For festivals, fairs, concerts and public events, the community trailers scale from 250 to 1,000 guests on a single trailer — and combine with standard portable units when crowds go beyond that. The 8-station carries a 715-gallon waste tank for full-day service. For multi-day events we schedule servicing between days, overnight, so gates open each morning to clean facilities.

ADA-certified trailer
The ADA-certified 1+2 trailer pairs one fully accessible restroom — ramp entry, wide doorway, turning space, grab rails — with two standard stations in the same climate-controlled trailer, supporting up to 200 guests. It’s the answer when accessibility matters and a plastic ADA unit beside a luxury trailer would be the wrong note: every guest uses the same facility.
Power, water and off-grid sites
Most trailers run on a single 20-amp circuit — a standard household outlet on a dedicated breaker. Larger trailers may need a second circuit; we confirm at booking. Water connects to an ordinary hose spigot.
No power or water? A generator and on-board freshwater tanks, filled at delivery, make any site work — lakeside pavilions, ranches, vineyards, festival fields. Tell us what the site has and we handle the rest, including freshwater and waste holding tanks for extended off-grid runs.
Delivery, setup and service
We deliver, position, level, connect and test every trailer before your event — and collect it afterwards. For multi-day rentals and long-term placements (crew facilities, renovations, clubhouse replacements), servicing is scheduled to your usage: long-term rentals bill on a 28-day cycle with weekly servicing included.
Off-peak: same-day delivery with a fee, next-day without. Peak season (March–May, October–November): book six to eight weeks ahead for choice — delivery itself stays fast; it’s the specific trailer you want that sells out.
