How quickly can you deliver?
Delivery times vary based on availability and location. In many cases we can deliver quickly within the Austin area, and we always do our best to accommodate short-notice requests. Booking in advance is recommended for large events or busy seasons.
What’s included with my rental?
All rentals include delivery, setup, and pickup. Units arrive cleaned, sanitized, and stocked so they’re ready to use right away.
Do you offer ADA-compliant or wheelchair-accessible units?
Yes. We have ADA-compliant portable restrooms available for both events and job sites. These units feature spacious interiors, ground-level entry, and handrails.
How often do you service the units?
For long-term and construction rentals, weekly service is standard to keep units clean and fully stocked. Additional servicing is available depending on usage and needs.
For single-day events, units arrive pre-cleaned and ready to use.
Do your restroom trailers have air conditioning?
Yes. Our luxury restroom trailers are climate-controlled for comfort, a great option for weddings, VIP areas, and outdoor events in warm weather.
What areas do you serve?

How many restrooms do I need for my event?
This depends on the number of guests and the length of the event. As a general guide, our:
2-stall trailer supports up to 150 people for a six-hour event
3-stall trailer supports up to 250 people
5-station trailer supports up to 350 people
If you’re unsure, we can recommend the right setup based on your event size.
Do I need power or water on site?
Standard porta potties do not require power or water.
Our restroom trailers require electricity and water, but we can provide a generator and up to 125 gallons of water if needed.
Can you deliver to parks, private property, or rural locations?
In most cases, yes. If our trucks can access the location, we can place the units there. Let us know your event or job site details and we’ll confirm placement options.
