Cap City Rentals is a veteran-owned portable sanitation company based in Hutto, Texas. Founded in September 2019, we serve construction sites, home builders, weddings, festivals, and film and television productions across Austin, Williamson County and Central Texas. Our fleet includes 60+ restroom trailers, 750+ portable restrooms, ADA-compliant units, handwash stations, and freshwater and waste holding tanks — supported by 14 service trucks and a field team of 11. Every trailer rental includes a generator and on-board water filled at delivery. Every long-term rental includes weekly servicing. Our phone is answered around the clock. Cap City Rentals is a Total Sanitation Services company.

Cap City Rentals was founded on a straightforward mission: to bring clean, reliable, and well-maintained restroom options to events and job sites throughout Austin and Central Texas. We’re proud to serve Central Texas communities with a modern fleet of restroom trailers, standard portable restrooms, and ADA-compliant units, all backed by a team that cares about delivering a great experience from the moment you reach out.
Cap City Rentals is a veteran-owned company and a TCEQ-registered waste transporter (Registration No. 26123). We carry $1 million in general liability coverage with a $5 million umbrella policy, and we can usually issue a certificate of insurance within one to two hours — never longer than one business day. Our phone is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
